At Analema, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If your item has a manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
In addition, as part of our commitment to circularity, we offer a free end-of-life take-back program. When your product has reached the end of its usable life, you may return it to us at no charge, and we will responsibly recycle or repurpose the materials to keep them out of landfills.
